Fraudulent Orders

Orders that appear with a high risk of fraud in our system, will have the following procedure:

1- Customer service will contact you first via email.

2- You will be asked to make a payment through PayPal to the email: info@myhixel.com with the reference number that was sent to you by email after your purchase, starting ENXXXX.

3- Once we receive the payment in PayPal, we will immediately proceed to return the first payment made.

4- We will proceed to manage the shipment of your purchase.
